According to the Combat Meth Act of 2005, retailers are required to maintain a logbook
with information regarding all sales of pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine
(with the exception of single dose sales).
It was determined that these printed logbooks would be noncompliant if they were not bound
with a glue binding. Therefore, spiral bound books and three-ring binders violate the law.
Red Book Solutions has developed a federally-compliant
Signature Log Book featuring a glued binding and room
to record information for up to 1,500 customers, including:
Bound with 100 Pages, Alphabetically Tabbed • Sample Page
